The F-15K is an upgraded model of the F-15E Strike Eagle which is used for air-to-ground strike operations.
The F-15J is the single seat Japanese version of the F-15C air superiority model.
They don't really compare. The F-15E is a dual seat and much heavier aircraft designed to search and track and destroy ground targets. The F-15C only has 1 seat and is better suited for air superiority.
