1.長糯米洗淨,泡水5小時後瀝乾,放入蒸龍中,蒸約30分鐘,再打開糯米飯拌勻。
2.香菇泡軟切絲;蝦米洗淨、泡水5分鐘;瘦肉洗淨、切絲,備用。
3.熱鍋,加入沙拉油,爆香紅蔥末至金黃色,取出備用。
4.重新加熱作法3的鍋子,放入作法2的香菇絲略炒,再放入蝦米炒香,接著放入瘦肉絲炒至肉色變白,續加入所有調味料炒至入味,再加入高湯煮滾。
